1. Agreement
By using https://hwprice.net (“hwprice”, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is provided by Yaz Labs (https://yazlabs.com).
2. Information service only
hwprice compares and displays product information and prices gathered from third-party retailers. We are not a seller. We do not take orders, handle payments, or ship goods. Any contract of sale is between you and the retailer.
3. Prices, availability & accuracy
Prices, stock, specifications, and images come from retailer pages and automated updates. They may be out of date, incomplete, or wrong. Always confirm on the retailer’s website before buying. We do not guarantee the lowest price or availability.
4. Affiliate disclosure
Some links are affiliate links (including Amazon Associates and similar programmes). We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not affect our editorial goal of showing comparable listings, but they may influence which retailers we link to.
5. Accounts & acceptable use
- Sign-in is optional and uses Google Sign-In; you must comply with Google’s terms too.
- Do not scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service or our APIs.
- Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to infringe others’ rights.
- We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
Our branding, layout, and original content are owned by Yaz Labs or licensors. Product names, logos, and images belong to their respective owners. You may not copy or redistribute substantial parts of the Service without permission.
7. Third-party services & links
The Service links to external sites and uses third parties (e.g. Google, hosting, email, fonts). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use is at your own risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yaz Labs and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or purchasing opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any information shown.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) €100 or (b) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (typically €0 for free use), except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law in your country.
10. Consumer rights (EEA/UK)
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory rights you have as a consumer under EU/UK law. If you are a consumer, some limitations may not apply to you.
11. Digital Services Act (EU)
Where the DSA applies, we act as an information-society service providing price comparison. Illegal content may be reported via our contact page. We may publish transparency information about moderation, if applicable.
12. Changes & termination
We may change or discontinue the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. We may terminate or restrict access at any time.
13. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law in your residence requires otherwise. Courts in your country of residence may have jurisdiction for consumer disputes.
